Ride Across Britain: Tomek Sobkowiak on the Route from Lands End to John O’Groats
One of the biggest cycling challenges in the UK is ahead of us – Ride Across Britain! This unique event attracts over 800 passionate cyclists from all over the world every year. This year our club will be proudly represented by Tomek Sobkowiak, who will tackle the 980-mile (approx. 1,577 km) route from Lands End in the south of England to John O’Groats in the far north of Scotland.
Over the course of 9 days, Tomek, together with other participants, will cover a variety of terrain – from demanding mountain climbs to picturesque plains. Each day is a new challenge and an opportunity to test the limits of his endurance.
We keep our fingers crossed for Tomek and wish him the best of luck on the route! Ride Across Britain is not just a race, but above all an incredible adventure, and we are sure that Tomek will give it his all to complete this epic journey.
