Biggest achievements:

Several race wins, a few podium finishes, promotion to Cat3 and then to Cat2, a few top ten finishes in Elite E/1/2 races. Promotion to the Grand Fondo World Championship. Completed a charity ride for Debra Charity with Ryszard Gardian – the Coast to Coast challenge – covering 444km with 3400m of elevation gain in under 16 hours at an average speed of 27.8km/h.

Season goals:

Criteria at Hillingdon in the West Thames League and also competing in a road race in the Surrey League. Outside of Hillingdon, there are some interesting street criteriums, such as at Kings Cross in central London, and some other road races outside the Surrey League.
My training goals are to consistently increase my power, strength, and speed on the bike, and I hope that this will help me advance to Cat 1 and achieve my first podium finish in an Elite E/1/2 race.
If have a form and motivated, I might even ride a longer distance this season.
